Today ENISA (European Network and Information Security Agency) has published a new report on social networks accessible through mobile devices titled "Online as soon as it happens" (Online as soon as it happens). It 'can download the document directly from the website of ENISA .

This report also sees my personal collaboration for Italy.

ENISA in its press release noted that:

The report points out the Risks and Threats of mobile social networking services, eg identity theft, data leakage and corporate reputation Risks of mobile social networks. Also the report gives 17 'golden rules' on how to combat These threats.

The report does not concern the phenomenon of social networking for the minors but is a sort of general guide to avoid the risks associated with the phenomenon of mobile social networking. The document in question is a description of what is meant by mobile social network that is described as follows:

Mobile social networking is a MEANS of communication using a combination of voice and data devices over cellular networks Including private and public IP technology and infrastructure. Generally speaking MSNs Can Be Divided into two categories: 'on deck' and 'off deck'. The BBC today published an article by denouncing the dangers of social networking to human health. These conclusions derive from an article of Dr. Aric Sigman (psychologist) published in Biologist (the magazine 's Institute of Biology ). Dr Sigman says that the phenomenon of social networking involves a greater isolation for people, the lack of real social action because of the virtual interaction between multiple actors, could have biological effects. According to Dr. Aric Sigman continuation of virtual interactions attrraverso social networking could even alter the mode of action of genes up to cause immunization phenomena, alter the functions of the arteries and affect mental performance. (The BBC reported verbatim: He Also says Evidence That Suggests That a Lack of face-to-face networking Could alter the way genes work, upset immune responses, hormone levels, the function of arteries, and Influence mental performance). This can even lead to serious problems such as cancer, heart disease and dementia (This, he claims, Could Increase the risk of health problems as serious as cancer, strokes, heart disease, and dementia).

In short, it is good that everyone should always act with common sense and balance!
