Increase the contribution unified: the new table
Here below the table, prepared by Law and Process , the unified contribution which amounts are increased by virtue of the law July 30, 2010, n. 122 entered into force July 31, 2010.
The National Bar Council launches the digital census
The National Bar Council, following the Law of 22 February 2010, n. 24 "URGENT MATTER OF FUNCTIONS IN 'THE JUSTICE SYSTEM" published in the Official Gazette on February 26, with Circular 9-C-2010 has provided for the commencement of the census of digital data for each Order.

In particular, the aforementioned measure, with reference to the aforesaid law n. 24/2010, states:
That provision requires the immediate adoption of telematics initiatives aimed at proper implementation of the standard and to this end this Council (also as a result of the technical arrangements that occurred with the Ministry of Justice - General Directorate for Automated Information Systems and the Ministry for 'Innovation and Public Administration) has prepared the proper keeping of the data referred to: a) Name b) Name c) Place and date of birth d) Tax and) certified e-mail address (sin) f) Order and the date of first enrollment in g) Professional status (ie, if duly licensed to practice professional, disbarred, suspended or canceled) h) Section of belonging in the '(Albo ordinary; List Special Public bodies list annexed university professors' time full "; Lawyers established, practitioners register, register practitioners enabled) i) Official residence (full address of the principal law firm and any second or more studies).
It starts well, the census data required by each Forensic Order.
