The National Bar Council launches the digital census
The National Bar Council, following the Law of 22 February 2010, No 24 "URGENT MATTER OF FUNCTIONS IN 'THE JUSTICE SYSTEM" published in the Official Gazette on February 26, with Circular 9-C-2010 provided for the commencement of the census of digital data for each Order.

In particular, the provision cited, with reference to the aforementioned Act No. 24/2010, states:
That provision requires the immediate adoption of telematics initiatives aimed at proper implementation of the standard and to this end the Council (also as a result of the technical arrangements that occurred with the Ministry of Justice - Directorate General for Automated Information Systems and the Ministry for 'Innovation and Public Administration) has prepared the proper keeping of the data related to:
a) Name
b) Name
c) Place and date of birth
d) Tax
e) certified mail Address (pec)
f) Order of membership and date of first enrollment in
g) Professional status (ie, if duly licensed in the practice, disbarred, suspended or canceled)
h) Section of membership in the '(Roll Ordinary, Special Public List, List of University Professors attached "full time"; Lawyers established, practitioners register, register qualified practitioners)
i) Official residence (full address of the firm and any second or more primary studies).
It starts well, the census data required by each Bar Association.
