Course accredited by the Legal Information CNF 24 credits
The National Bar Council (CNF) has accredited a total of 24 credits for the course of legal information that will be held in the headquarters of Foggia, Rome and Milan in March, April and May.
The course deals with the relationship between the computer and the right both in terms of applications to the right (legal information in the strictest sense) both in terms of new technologies applied to it (information technology law). The course will have a mainly practical approach, rather than focusing on theoretical aspects.
And 'aimed at lawyers, graduates: Law, Economics, Computer Science and Information Technology, and those who have an interest in the subject.
As regards the methodological approach, the course of legal information in the form of seminars will be offered on site, according to the program outlined, and will consist of six (6) meetings of 4 hours each, proposing a form for each session.
Training events for the speakers will use the theoretical and practical methodological approach, proposing topics in the following ways: traditional lecture, illustration of the issues through slides, video or screencast of the procedures performed on a PC computer.
Who will attend the course will have the opportunity to acquire the legal concepts and techniques to improve the level of training on the topics covered by the course.
