Telecom package: shooting

I quote part of an important story taken from an article published by Key4Biz:

June 11 will meet tomorrow in Brussels the Council of EU Telecom Ministers, who will discuss the main issues relating to information society - from network security to the future of the Internet - but mostly informally discuss the strategy for the adoption of the package telecom, run aground on an amendment included in the final beat and on the fight against downloading copyrighted content.

The age-old story of the telecoms package in recent times has done much to discuss the whole of Europe, as well as the question of the right to access to the internet which has recently expressed the French Constitutional Council affirming the nature of a fundamental right.
